Ashley Ferri is a North Carolina native, born and raised in New Bern. Her passion for community and the outdoors brought her and her family down to Wilmington in the Summer of 2016. She often visited Wilmington growing up, as she has roots in this area and has longed to grow with this wonderful city.
Ashley has always enjoyed exploring the potential charm and history of the older homes as well as the different styles and layouts of the new homes in this area. This is what encouraged Ashley to start her career in Real Estate in 2018.
Ashley was awarded Sales Agent of the Year for the Wilmington Office in 2020 and continues to be enthusiastic to help family and friends settle down and find their dream homes here in Wilmington and surrounding areas. She spends her free time with her husband Nick, daughter Laini, son Sam and their 2 dogs.
